SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped out of the United States and shipped with USPS first class mail.

USA: approximately 4 - 12 business days from order to delivery

Due to COVID-19 there has been many delays in shipping so we appreciated you patience! Please let me know if you have any questions or issues with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently we only ship to the USA on Meowroyaleart.com however we ship worldwide on Etsy.com.

ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

Unfortunately, if the tracking info says your package has been delivered. We will not replace, reship or refund the order. Shipping matters are out of our control, its best to contact your local post office for delivery issues. USPS also marks packages as delivered as early as a week before actual delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and it can be changed. If your order has been marked as shipped, unfortunately all we can do is wait for your order to be returned to sender and you may pay for it to be reshipped to the correct address.

CANCEL MY ORDER

Unfortunately once an order has shipped out it cannot be canceled. If your order has not been marked as shipped yet please email Meowroyaleart@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you with your order.

RETURNS

If your item comes damaged or defective please email Meowroyaleart@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you with your order.

Please include your full name, order number, and photos of the incorrect or damaged goods.

We do not offer returns or exchanges otherwise

PREORDERS

If you have other items in the same order as a preorder item, the entire order will not be shipped until the preorder is in hand. Please see individual preorder listings for their approximate in-hand date.
